This mission is so important to me. I am a product of Memphis City Schools and the North Memphis community. I overcame every challenge that could have taken me out. To name a few, teenage pregnancy (had a baby at 16), brokenness, and no real mentors. Instead of falling victim to what society laid in my path, I turned my pain into purpose. I am a self-published author of four books and certified life coach for professional\/business development. The action plan behind this program is to assist with peer development, self esteem building and life skills training. Our hope is to educate by being real, relevant & transparent. I feel that my skill set is sufficient because I was once in the neighborhood & wore those same shoes but in a different size. <\/p>\n
