Our focus on mentorship, character-building, and leadership development is especially vital in an environment where such support can make a transformative impact on the lives of young individuals facing systemic challenges. By operating in Greenville, Jump4Jerry is dedicated to breaking barriers and providing a beacon of hope and empowerment for the children and adolescents in this often underserved and marginalized community.
Age Group To Be Served: 8-17

Contact Information

Contact Prefix (Mr,Mrs etc.): Mrs.
Contact First Name: Kimberly
Contact Last Name: Prince Sylla
Contact Title: Founder
Contact Phone: 12017807184
Contact Email: Kimjump4jerry@gmail.com

Hermanowski Family Foundation Initial Request Form Organization Name: Jump4Jerry Legal Name (if Different): Jump4Jerry a NJ Nonprofit Corporation Also Known As: Mailing Address: 201 Monticello Ave City: Jersey City State: New Jersey Postal Code: 07304 Main Phone: 12017807184 Main Fax: Organization Website: www.jump4jerry.org Employer ID Number: 611938363 Organization Tax Status: 501c3 Proposal Information Today’s Date: […]

[3

post-3436","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-grants
["GET
