We understand the unique challenges that these young individuals face as they navigate the path to independence. Our mission is to empower them with the necessary tools, resources, and skills to successfully transition into adulthood and lead fulfilling lives.

It is no secret that many TAY individuals are at risk of homelessness, unemployment, and lack of access to education and mental health services. The statistics are disheartening, but CHS is determined to break this cycle and provide a haven for these young adults, giving them the stability and support they need during this critical transition period.

At CHS, we go beyond just providing shelter. We have developed a comprehensive program that encompasses self-care, education, mental health care, financial literacy, and job training. By addressing these fundamental aspects, we are equipping TAY individuals with the necessary life skills to thrive independently and achieve their full potential.

What sets CHS apart is our personalized approach. We recognize that each individual has unique strengths, challenges, and aspirations. Our dedicated team works closely with the TAY population, tailoring our services to their specific needs and goals. Whether it’s assisting with college enrollment, vocational training, or connecting them with job opportunities, we are committed to helping them build a strong foundation for their future.

Our track record speaks for itself. We have witnessed incredible success stories of TAY individuals who have overcome adversity, secured stable housing, pursued higher education, and built fulfilling careers. By providing a safe and supportive environment, we have seen firsthand the transformative impact that CHS has on these young adults’ lives.

But we cannot do this alone. We need your support to continue our vital work. We invite you to join us in making a difference by contributing to our cause. Whether it’s through financial donations, volunteering your time and skills, or providing internship and job opportunities, your involvement can change the trajectory of a young person’s life.

In conclusion, Costello Housing Solutions Incorporated is more than just a transitional housing organization. We are a beacon of hope, providing a haven for TAY individuals who deserve a chance at a brighter future. Together, let’s empower these young adults, break the cycle of homelessness, and create a community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Thank you for your attention and support!

Total Project Budget: 40000

Other Funding
Sources For The Project (Committed & Potential): CDBG, HRTP, Faith Inspirational Church, West Angeles Church of God in Christ and Los Angeles Economics

Project Duration: unknown
Geographical Area Served: South Los Angeles, CA
Age Group To Be Served: 18-24

Contact Information

Contact Prefix (Mr,Mrs etc.): Mrs.
Contact First Name: Genee
Contact Last Name: Farr
Contact Title: Executive Director
Contact Phone: 8183599091
Contact Email: costellohousesolutions@gmail.com

Hermanowski Family Foundation Initial Request Form Organization Name: COSTELLO HOUSING SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED Legal Name (if Different): Also Known As: Mailing Address: 1502 Maurino Ln City: SOUTH LOS ANGELES State: CA Postal Code: 90047 Main Phone: 8183599091 Main Fax: Organization Website: https://www.costellohousingsolutions.org Employer ID Number: 86-2037081 Organization Tax Status: Exempt 501c3 Proposal Information Today’s Date: 11/20/23 […]

[3

post-3392","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-grants
["GET
