Grow Arizona is a workforce development organization and we would like to host a summer program that would assist teens by providing career job shadow opportunities, internships, volunteer projects in the community to build resume content, and provide outdoor activities for mental\/emotional well being. We also want to host presentations by speakers in their fields. We would also like to include a summer activities program for younger youth to provide a healthy, positive experience and inspire future career planning through skill development.<\/p>\n
