Embracing our organizational mantra of Food and Friendship, Caring for Friends prepares 1,500-2,000
\nsnack bags per week, which costs the organization $78,000-$104,000 annually. Our Snack Bags are a
\nsimple \u201cto go bag\u201d to help tide the child\/youth over or at least give them some nutrition while waiting for the
\n\u201cwhere and when\u201d of their next meal. These products are given out to children and youth. <\/p>\n
Our snack bags consist of:<\/p>\n
Shelf Stable Milk or Juice
\nProtein tuna\/chicken
\nBreakfast item-oatmeal, cereal bar, pop tarts
\nSnack item
\nCracker or salty item
\nPiece of candy
