Culture Shifting Foundation is a new nonprofit (501c3) organization whose mission is to narrow the racial inequality gap and increase wealth creation for people of color and we focus on Healthcare, Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital to achieve our goals. The main objective of our Black Wealth Success Stories program is to help narrow the racial wealth gap by providing examples of successful businesspeople of color to serve as role models that inspire, motivate and educate future generations of entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
We believe in the adage: \u201cif you can see it, you can be it.\u201d \u2013 Elizabeth Marvel, and we are building a large-scale library showcasing and celebrating the accomplishments of successful individuals of color to drive positive thinking, inspiration and action (in partnership with Harvard, HBCUs and other higher learning institutions). We are interviewing successful individuals and documenting their stories which are relevant to the black community as they provide current and future generations with information that can be used to achieve success and overcome challenges. The Black Wealth Success Stories program\u2019s objectives align significantly with the Harvard Business School Racial Equity Plan to provide a platform for the voices of diversity and inclusion to increase scholarship at the intersection of race and business. The Black Wealth Success Stories will be published and distributed through select media channels, schools, universities and the public to drive action among tens of thousands in communities of color and to disrupt the narrative that says, \u201cthere are not enough black role models or examples of black success.\u201d <\/p>\n
