We seek to hold an annual family symposium for victims of shaken baby syndrome\/abusive head trauma (SBS\/AHT). This will be a virtual educational event for those affected by SBS\/AHT. Some of the biggest challenges come from needing support, assistance to surviving siblings, navigating the court system for justice, services for victims including physical\/occupational therapy, ophthalmology, SSI benefits when survivors "age out," and expert panelists. This virtual event would allow families all over the country to participate. <\/p>\n
