Project Title: Back-To-School Resource Family Fair
\nProject Description:<\/p>\n
Funding will support our annual Back-to-School Family Resource Fair at all three locations. The event will provide every enrolled child with a backpack, school supplies, and educational materials while connecting families with enrollment assistance, community resources, and information about our programs. The fair will strengthen family engagement, increase enrollment, reduce financial barriers, and ensure children begin the school year with the tools they need to succeed. Together, these investments will create welcoming, inclusive classrooms that reflect a high-quality early learning environment and prepare children for a successful transition into Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten.<\/p>\n
After more than a decade of service, this project will support a Back-to-School Family Resource Fair where the County of San Diego, local government agencies, Jewish Family Service, and other nonprofit partners will connect families with enrollment support, community programs, and additional wraparound services.<\/p>\n
Back-to-School Family Resource Fair: Backpacks, school supplies, educational materials, family resource packets, enrollment materials, event signage, refreshments, tents, tables and event supplies, and outreach materials.<\/p>\n
Family & Community Engagement: Collaboration with the County of San Diego, Jewish Family Service, local government agencies, and community partners to provide enrollment assistance, family support services, health and wellness resources, and connections to community programs.<\/p>\n
