Case Management, transportation, transitional housing fees, life skills training, dental care, youth tutoring, transitional affordable housing and emergency shelter are provided to move an individual from crisis to stability.<\/p>\n<p>The programs meet the needs and goals created and maintained in case management, among other facets of the shelter. Case management and project management ensures that the offered programs are a match for the guest, are fully staffed, and have adequate funding. The PASS client-centered case management, mirroring evidenced based curricula, is used to ensure guests identify goals and service needs, and that there is shared accountability. Our emergency shelter is used to stabilize individuals and our transition program assists in placing them in affordable, safe housing. Over the years we have maintained an 76% success rate for moving homeless individuals to transition and\/or permanent housing.
