Valiant Voyages is non-profit, 501(c)(3) for kids with cancer and other serious illnesses and their families. Together they share a two-to-four hour magical experience sailing a large vessel while learning about the marine environment. All are encouraged to get involved in sailing, or simply relax far from hospitals and treatments. <\/p>\n
The program operates out of Mystic, CT, aboard The Violet,
\na 45-foot Scots Zulu built in 1911 in Fraserburgh, Scotland.
\nAnd out of Charleston, SC, on Shenanigan, a 50-foot, center cockpit Gulfstar ketch. During our trips, we teach our specials how to:<\/p>\n
