H. Teens Program is a non-profit organization aimed at informing and empowering middle and high school students via workshops and conferences in several areas their generation are facing. These areas include Communication Skills, Conflict Effective Decision Making, Responsible Social Media Usage and Teen Leadership and Influence Strategies. Our platform initiative is Youth Mental Health Awareness and we just created Every Mind is Valuable Mental Health Youth Initiative. Since the Spring of 2023 over 8,000 teens throughout the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Florida and Tennessee.

The Every Mind Is Valuable Mental Health Youth Initiative began in 2026 starting with a partnership with the City of Fort Worth’s Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with their Rising Stars Leadership Academy. We were able to assemble nearly 150 teens and adults which included parents/guardians, educators as well as youth and community leaders for an inaugural conference with sessions for teens and adults as well as engaging panel discussions with city leaders serving as special guest on both the teen and adult panel.

The goal of this youth mental health conference initiative is to partner with city municipalities , youth organizations and school districts across the country to equip conference attendees with information and resources in supporting teens to a place of sustainable mental wellness they can navigate through their youth mental health journey. Grant funding is needed for the following conference expenses: planning team stipends, marketing facilitator/presenter honorariums, registration bags and supplies, food, and decorations. Sponsorships will also be sought to assist in incurring the cost of these expenses.

Total Project Budget: $8,500

Other Funding
Sources For The Project (Committed & Potential): Committed- New Focus Family & Youth Consultant $1500

Project Duration:
Geographical Area Served:
Age Group To Be Served:

Contact Information

Contact Prefix (Mr,Mrs etc.):
Contact First Name:
Contact Last Name:
Contact Title:
Contact Phone:
Contact Email:

Hermanowski Family Foundation Initial Request Form Organization Name: T.O.R.C.H.
